Social Capital Affecting Corporate Value

Abstract
This research investigates the relationship between social capital and corporate value with a focus on examining the mechanisms by which social capital influences corporate value. Using a quantitative approach, this research analyzes data collected from listed companies of Pakistan Stock Exchange and from responses of population through Survey questionnaire.
The aim of research contribution is to look over the influence of social capital on firm’s performance, with human and financial capital as controlling variables and the outcome is based on the quality of decisions which acts like an intervening variable.
By offering empirical proof of the significance of social capital in generating corporate value, this study adds to the body of existing work and offers practical implications for businesses seeking to leverage social capital to enhance their performance and competitiveness.
